Room Sublet (2 months, April and May, no registration) in spacious two bedroom top floor penthouse overlooking Westerpark. €1230 all inc per month. I’m subletting the second bedroom (fully furnished, 12m2) of my 14th floor apartment. It’s a comfortable 75m2+ place with all glass 180 degree views of Amsterdam. Modern furniture and all new appliances. You’ll be living with me. I’m a 32 yo creative director with an Amsterdam agency. I do not drink, do not go out late and enjoy peace and quiet. I’m looking for a solo person (m/f/x) to enjoy this space with me for two months between April 1 and June 1, 2026.
