Mercuriusplein, Amsterdam

HOUSEGENOOT WANTED (V, final study, only dutch) From the end of March there will be a room available for an unlimited time in our house at Mercuriusplein in Amsterdam Noord! The house is 107 m² and we have a spacious living room with kitchen, bathroom, a balcony and a large roof terrace. It is located on a nice little square with a bakery, butcher and a pizza restaurant. For shopping you are in 5 minutes cycling at shopping center Molenwijk (including Albert Heijn and Etos). NDSM is 10 minutes by bike, and from there you are within 20 minutes at Central Station by ferry. There is also a bus stop 3 minutes walk from home that takes you in 10 minutes to the North/South line. The room that is vacant is 7 m², compact,but in the house itself we fortunately have enough storage space for stuff. The rent is 560 excl (and about 660 incl). Registration is possible. You will live with three girls aged 23 and 24. Marieke is doing the master Genes in Behaviour and Health at the VU, Saskia is doing the master International Development Studies at the UvA and Shirley is a third year medical student at the UvA. We have a cozy house. Everyone has their own life and does their own thing, but we also enjoy doing things together regularly. For example, we like to watch Ajax, motivate each other to go to the gym and drink wine together every now and then. In the weekend we sometimes go out on the town, but on weekdays we can just as easily be found on the couch with a cup of tea and a series. We also share the house with our two cats, Tosti and Moss.
