Very cozy furnished apartment above the leyweg shopping center. Equipped with all conveniences and amenities for carefree living. Services: • 2 bedrooms (your room is approximately 14m2) • Living room with open kitchen • Dishwasher • Balcony with balcony dining table and sun view all day • TV with embilight, Netflix and Smartapps • Washing machine with drying and ironing function Location: • The house is located above the largest shopping center in The Hague. • Leyweg shopping center contains major stores such as Hema, KFC, Eazie, Action, Blokker, Kruidvat etc all within minutes walking distance. • Located near recreation center Uithof • Next to the biggest parc of The Hague (Zuiderpark, where you can do all sorts of sports, and a cozy Gym - Basicfit ). • 20 minutes from Kijkduin beach and 25 minutes from Scheveningen. • 20 minutes distance from work (city centre) • Right in the middle of the Leyweg junction for direct access to all tram and bus transport. We share the apartment and everything below is included in the price: * Dishwasher (so little cleaning in the house) * Maintenance / Repairs / Insurance * Use of all the devices you need (so you don't have to bring or purchase these). * Bedding * Quiet environment for learning/working * Convenience / comfort * Maintenance & Cleaning apartment complex (So outside of the house and the gallery) Preference goes to someone who enjoys music, as one of the two housemates is a DJ (loud music styles). So if you're also musically inclined, you'll undoubtedly feel at home here! We mostly work and study hard during the day, but with loud music in the background, or we are traveling around. Good to know * We both dont eat meat * We are artists / work with arts * My Girlfriend loves to party (Hardcore / Techno) --- I can rent for a period of 12 up to 24 months. Het appartement delen we en al het onderstaande is inbegrepen in de prijs: * Vaatwasmachine (Weinig schoonmaak dus in het huis) * Onderhoud / Reparaties / Verzekeringen * Gebruik van alle apparaten die je nodig hebt (deze hoef je dus niet mee te nemen of aan te schaffen). * Beddengoed * Rustige omgeving voor leren / werken * Gemak / comfort * Onderhoud & Schoonmaak appartementen complex (Dus buitenkant van het huis en de gallerij) De voorkeur gaat uit naar iemand die van muziek houdt, aangezien één van de twee huisgenootjes DJ is (harde muziekstijlen). Dus als je dus ook muzikaal aangelegd bent , zul je je hier ongetwijfeld thuis voelen! We werken en studeren meestal overdag met muziek op de achtergrond ;) Goed om te weten: * Wij eten allebei geen vlees * We werken allebei in Arts * Mn vriendin houd van feestjes (Hardcore / Techno) --- Ik kan huren voor een periode van 12 tot 24 maanden.
