Available rooms: * 18 m² * 25 m² (includes additional storage room downstairs) Rent: €860 per month (may be slightly reduced down to 780 but we are negotiating with the landlords right now)
Earliest move-in date: 8 March (the apartment will be repainted beforehand)
Minimum stay: 12 months Apartment Layout & Features The apartment features: * A spacious 62 m² living area * Open kitchen * Large terrace * Two toilets (one upstairs, one downstairs) * Bathroom with both shower and bathtub (downstairs) * All bedrooms located on the lower floor Currently, the apartment is unfurnished, as the previous tenants are moving out. Refurnishing will begin gradually, and tenants are welcome to bring their own furniture. At present, there is no washing machine installed; however, a laundromat is located four minutes away by foot. Installation of a new washing machine is planned. Registration; Registration is officially available for one tenant via the main contract.
A sublease agreement can be arranged for the second tenant, allowing municipal registration as well. About the Household; I work as a chef and usually return home late in the evening.
