Room highlighted: Huize k'Willem is looking for a new roommate!(v)🩷 (Sorry, no internationals) Because our dear Nikki is leaving us, we have a room available in our house from April 1 for an indefinite period! Our house is located in the always lively Paddepoel. It is less than 5 minutes by bike to Zernike, the shopping center is about 2 minutes by bike and with 15 minutes you are at the big market. Furthermore, there are plenty of bus stops nearby should you not feel like biking for once😉 The room is /- 16m2 and located on the first floor at the front of the house. The room has its own sink. Furthermore, you share the kitchen with 3 other roommates. The separate toilet and bathroom (with bath😍) you share with 4 roommates. We also have a large backyard, where you can enjoy drinks and sunbathing. All this you have for €605 per month including g/w/l! Here is an additional 12.50 euros for the wifi and washing machine. You will live with 4 other girls around 20 years. We are all nice and busy with our own thing in the city, but also like to enjoy cooking and / or eating together. We have no obligations besides a cleaning schedule, but try to eat together or do something fun every Tuesday! Can you totally see yourself living with us?
