Gooday I am Martin 40 years old from Jamaica and gay I know it sounds a big issue in Europe but I just like to be clear on things because I would like to feel comfortable and you should feel comfortable too. I do have visitors or overnight situations You are free to do the same just watch your guests I am pretty chill I'm just going to state things that I expect from my roommate. Is that a person who is clean and not someone who says they're clean and comes into your home and never touches a mop/broom or ever cleans the bathroom?and lastly not someone who is unavailable to help out in the house. For example, if something needs to be done a technician needs to come by a maintenance things to happen. I'm just renting a room mentality. That means because it's not your house. You don't respect it. You don't treat with care of person things you use . In your mind you just rent the room. I don't want that kind of energy around me.
