I am looking for someone who can take over my rental contract and the apartment where I currently live in. The 70sqm apartment is very modern. It has one bedroom, one spacious living room and a balcony. It is located in NDSM area, right next to the ferry. Good for singles and couples. My current lease expires in August, however the contract is indefinite after that. However I need to move out in April, that's why I am looking for a substitute. The monthly rent is ~2030 EUR incl. service costs. I am willing to offer a discount on the rent until the month of July. Subject to property manager approval, requirements: employer statement, 2.5x rent gross income for singles, 3x rent gross income for dual income couples.
