Room available from April - July 31st: FOR TU DELFT STUDENTS ONLY 🏠 Location: Aan't Verlaat, Delft 🕒 Duration: April - 31st July 2026 (inclusive) 💵 Price: 749 eur per month + a one-time 85 eur fee per room the the start of the rental period 🛏️ Room: 19,5m2 with large windows 🏫 TU Delft is located a 15 minute bike ride away 🚌 Transportation: There is a bus stop 1 min away and a tram stop 10 mins away 🛜 Utilities include Wi-fi access Me and my housemate will be moving out of our rooms, so they will be available for sublet, through the rental agency. This is one of the rooms, but there is another one available. The rooms are right next to each other, in wing E, with a kitchen, bathroom and shower shared with our friendly roommates. The place is located 15 min by bike from the university. The rooms are furnished with a bed, desk, night table, a shelf and a closet (the rest of the furniture will be taken with us).
